We collect the details you give us — such as your name, email address and school details when you create an account — and basic usage data (pages visited, device and browser) to run and improve the service. We use cookies and analytics for the same purpose.
How we use it
To provide the platform, process payments through our payment partner (Razorpay), send you transactional and service emails, respond to support requests, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your personal data.
Your students’ data
Where you run a school on Clienteles, you are the controller of your students’ data and we process it on your behalf. You can export your student list at any time.
Sharing
We share data only with the processors that run the service (for example our payment and email providers) and where required by law.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by writing to us. We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.
