We want you to be happy with Clienteles. If it isn’t the right fit, you can request a refund within 7 days of your purchase, with due reasoning.
How it works
Email samy@altshift.studio within 7 days of your payment, from the email on your account, and tell us briefly why Clienteles didn’t work for you. We review each request and, where it qualifies, process the refund to your original payment method.
What’s covered
The 7-day window applies to your platform subscription and add-ons. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis with due reasoning and are not available after the 7-day window, or where the service has been substantially used or abused.
Your students
This policy covers your subscription to Clienteles. Refunds to your students for your courses are set and handled by you, as you collect those payments directly.
