These Terms govern your use of Clienteles, a product of SS Ventures (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
Your account
You are responsible for your account, your content, and everything you sell through your school. You must have the rights to the course material you publish and must comply with applicable law.
The service
Clienteles is offered on a flat annual subscription of ₹2,200 per year for the base platform, with optional add-ons. We take 0% commission on your sales; your course revenue is collected directly through your own payment provider.
Payments
Subscription fees are billed in advance for the access period. Add-ons are billed per year. Access continues for the period paid for; see our Refund Policy for cancellations.
Acceptable use
You may not use Clienteles to distribute unlawful, infringing or harmful content, or to abuse the platform or other users. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Availability & liability
We work hard to keep the service available but provide it “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding twelve months.
